CONTINUOUS CONNECTED BREATHING
I offer a distinct form of breathwork known as Continuous Connected Breathing. It’s a rhythmic, circular breath exercise that gently guides you into a meditative, altered state of consciousness. In this heightened space, you may experience:

HOLOTROPIC BREATHWORK & DEEPER JOURNEYS
Additionally, I also incorporate principles of Holotropic Breathwork into our sessions—a modality developed by psychiatrist Stanislav Grof which combines accelerated breathing and evocative music to facilitate deep inner journeys. These sessions are held in a grounded, safe, and compassionate space—guided gently by my presence and experience. In group or private sessions, this type of breathwork can support:

WHAT TO EXPECT
Sessions can be held 1:1, in groups, virtually or in-person. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to explore, feel, and breathe. You’ll be guided through a fully supported breathing journey, incorporating music and gentle cues. Every session includes intention setting, guided breathing practice, and an integration & reflection period. No two sessions are exactly the same. Some are quiet and deeply restorative. Others are electric, emotional and inspiring. All, however, are deeply healing.
