MY STORY
For years, I treated my body like an afterthought. Something to push, punish, and silence. In the fast-paced chaos of building a career in NYC, I lived for late nights, client dinners, deadlines, and the thrill of always being “on.” I drank too much, smoked like it didn’t matter, skipped meals or binged them, and wore exhaustion like a badge of honor. I wasn’t listening to my body, I was running it into the ground. Eventually, the crash came. By my thirties, I was burnt out, bloated, foggy, and deeply disconnected from myself. My body had been whispering for years, and I had ignored every sign. That was the moment something had to change. Not just the way I ate or moved, but the way I treated myself.
What began as a quest to feel better for my wedding turned into a full-blown life transformation. I signed up for a fitness app and took every class I could—hot yoga, HIIT, spin, barre. I found inspiring instructors who kept me from getting discouraged and helped me gradually improve day after day. I asked for meal planning advice and started reading personal development books on the subway. I changed how I moved, how I ate, and how I talked to myself. Slowly but surely, I began to feel stronger, more alive, and more aligned. I stopped snoozing through life and started waking up with intention. I was building new habits and creating a new outline for the story of who I was to become.
These classes, these routines, this work, it all became sacred to me. My instructors’ energy, the mindset shifts they offered—it all lit a fire in me. I saw their passion, the excitement and joy in what they were doing for other people and I wanted to feel that for myself. I knew I couldn’t sit behind a desk anymore, listlessly working in the service of another’s creative spark. I wanted to be the spark.

So I took the leap. The same leap you’ve dreamed of taking. The drastic life change that all of us have debated, considered, calculated, and then backed away from. But this time I had the courage to keep going. I didn’t have all the answers, but I knew, definitively, that I wanted to help others find their joy and reclaim their power. I spent two years preparing to leave corporate life and find my true calling, I looked for new & unique roles at health & wellness companies, and I trained to become a certified yoga instructor.
I began to understand the deep, life-changing connection between mind, body, and breath. Yoga instruction became a creative outlet: I crafted playlists, designed intentional movement flows, and offered mindset shifts that students could carry from the mat into their lives. I was no longer just practicing wellness—I was living it, teaching it, embodying it.
I learned that true transformation isn’t just physical. It’s mental, emotional and spiritual. Intentional nutrition, movement, meditation, and breathwork can unlock something powerful: The strength and confidence to live fully. To be what you want. To ask for what you want. To take up space and trust your voice. To face hard moments with resilience. To recognize that you are the one rewriting your story.
I realized I wasn’t just a yogi—I was a coach. A space holder. A mirror to reflect your highest potential back to you. A guide who could show you how rewiring your brain for success and shattering limiting beliefs will help you succeed in ways you never knew possible.
Since then, I worked to combine my passions to create a holistic framework for lasting transformation. It’s not just about fitness or food. It’s about showing up for yourself and knowing that you’re worthy of the life you desire.
Today, I am honored to coach people through the messy middle, to help them break through old patterns and build daily habits that transform not just their routines, but their entire reality. I’m here to remind you that you don’t need fixing—you need love and support. That you’re not broken—you’re becoming.
